I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for the past 5. After completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, I continued my studies in Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy with Susan Bass and in 2024, I graduated from the 300-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Program with Susan Bass. I continue to study with her to further refine my knowledge and practice.
My journey into yoga and holistic medicine began when my son was born and later diagnosed with Down Syndrome. What started as self-study soon grew into formal training under a teacher. Along the way, I not only supported my son’s wellbeing but also healed my own chronic digestive issues and sleep difficulties.
Through a blend of Marma therapy, which is an ancient massage technique, along with diet and lifestyle guidance based in time honored Ayurvedic principles I help you restore balance in your nervous system, gut and your body as a whole.
I have deep knowledge of ancient nutrition on how different ingredients interact or complement each other, paired with 13+ years of experience in cooking, food preparation and developing recipes.
