Are you tired of navigating the constantly changing health advice and are seeking something foundational, deeper, and time-tested to provide clarity?
Are you actively dealing with health challenges and are looking for natural, reliable, time-honored ways to heal your body?
Are you doing all the "right" things but experiencing fatigue, nutrient deficiencies or digestive issues?
Do you like the idea of whole-food, healthy, delicious, from-scratch cooking but think it's impossible to achieve with a busy life?
Do you want to bring healthier eating habits into your life but aren't sure where to start?
Or have you given up trying because healthy eating has become too complicated?
If you answered 'yes' to any of the above questions, you are in the right place.
In today’s world, we’re flooded with conflicting advice about what to eat and how to eat. I've been there myself—especially when I was trying to help my child with digestive issues.
I was paralyzed by all the conflicting information out there. I consulted experts and dietitians, hoping for clarity, but their advice often felt disconnected or incomplete. Despite my best efforts, nothing truly helped.
What I was really seeking was something deeper, something that felt steady, time-tested, and intuitive. That search led me to Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of healing that looks to nature as the ultimate teacher. Its approach to food isn’t about trends or extremes. It’s about tuning into the rhythms of the seasons, your body’s natural wisdom, and the power of real, whole foods to bring balance and vitality.
In this course, I’ll be sharing Ayurvedic nutrition in a way that’s accessible, practical, and deeply nourishing. Each session we'll learn together, and explore how food can truly be medicine—not through restriction or fear, but through connection, creativity, and care.
This is for anyone who wants to feel more confident in the kitchen, more connected to their health, and more grounded in ancient wisdom that still makes sense today.
The Ayurvedic Nutrition Foundations Program is a unique, three-tier immersive experience that dives into the foundational principles of Ayurvedic lifestyle, food and nutrition. This program invites you to explore your kitchen as a place of healing, creativity, and seasonal connection.
Even with a packed schedule, cooking nourishing meals from scratch is completely possible—especially when you have the right preparation, tools and simple strategies to follow.
The Ayurvedic Nutrition Foundations Program is divided into three progressive immersions. You can join for a single course or commit to the full 6-month program.
Level 1 - The Basics (Months 1-2)
Level 2 - Intermediate (Months 3-4)
Level 3 - Advanced (Months 5-6)
You'll learn how to bring Ayurvedic principles into your everyday life—without needing to overhaul your pantry or make complicated meals.
We believe in the power of the group as a healing vehicle so prefer to keep classes live, not pre-recorded videos.
Each session, we spend the first half of our time in a part lecture, part discussion deep-dive into Ayurvedic Nutrition and lifestyle protocols.
The final hour is dedicated to real-world practice: in some sessions, we step into the kitchen for 'side-by-side' culinary workshops; while in others, we explore targeted yoga and movement to bring in circulation and strength to the body, especially to the digestive organs.
Where:
95% of classes are taught LIVE on Google Meet (5% pre-recorded classes).
The classes 3 hours long are all hosted LIVE via Google Meet and recorded in case you need to miss a class or need to watch at your own pace.
Class Times:

For a smaller group, we can poll to come up with a time that works for majority of the group.
