Step 1: Free Consultation
You’ll complete an intake questionnaire and we’ll start with a complimentary 25-minute online consultation to see if we’re a good fit and how I can best support you.
Step 2: Personalized Plan of Action
Based on your intake questionnaire, I’ll design a 100% natural plan tailored to you. This may include pressure point therapy treatments, yoga practices, and personalized consultations. Depending on your needs, we’ll meet weekly or biweekly.
Step 3: Follow-Up & Progress Check
After 4 sessions, we’ll reassess your progress and if needed, create a follow up plan.
Step 4: Maintenance & Independence
As you feel stronger and more aligned, we’ll gradually reduce the frequency of sessions until ongoing support is no longer needed — leaving you with tools and practices you can continue on your own.
