My in-person 1:1 sessions consist of 20-30 minutes of consultation followed by 30-40 minutes of personalized Marma therapy.
My online 1:1 sessions are done two ways
20-30 minutes of consultation followed by 30-40 minutes of personalized Yoga and Meditation.
60 minutes of consultation
The time spent on consultation vs Marma therapy or Yoga can vary slightly based on what you need at the moment.
Marma therapy is an ancient touch therapy that works with vital energy points in the body. By gently stimulating these points, it helps release blockages, improve circulation, and restore balance to support natural healing and vitality.

We begin with an initial consultation where we delve into your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns to determine your unique mind-body constitution and imbalances. This session includes an introduction to Marma points—vital energy centers—and sets the foundation for a tailored treatment plan, including diet, lifestyle, and targeted Marma therapy recommendations.
Please complete the detailed intake questionnaire that will be emailed to you before your scheduled consultation. Reviewing this information allows us to make the most of our time together and begin the diagnostic process immediately.
